The walk into Filey is manageable, and the area is family-oriented.
Pros
The property includes smoke alarms and fire extinguishers for enhanced safety.
The onsite pub has welcoming and helpful staff, creating a friendly environment.
Guest reviews describe Arthur's Place as a 'home from home' and exceptionally clean.
Cons
The shower is over the bath, and the position of the taps can make getting in and out slightly tricky.
The area is quiet and family-oriented, so it may not appeal to those seeking lively nightlife or amusement arcades.
“Stepping into the residence, the sense of space is immediately apparent, making it quite comfortable for families and even canine companions. Its positioning in Reighton strikes a fine balance, placing you advantageously for exploring while offering a well-appointed kitchen and restful beds. The overall size and thoughtful amenities here represent solid value for the stay.”
